  • What is with the graffiti?

I found it suprising they put these up above the tunnels on Main Street. It looks like fancy graffiti:

From the pictures, it looks okay for me -- temporarily of course. I wouldn't want it to stay. I don't really understand its purpose though. Hmm.

Why can't you believe it. I'm not seeing why this is something to get upset about.

Agreed. I think it adds color.

It is colorful, I agree. Do you guys think its meant to be part of the Million Dreams theme? It's not blue -- I dunno. *shrugs*

I dont hate it but I dont love it. It looks out of place. The colors are off or something.

                    NO DOUBT SUMMER 09 TOUR!

At least it is prettier than the stuff on the 405 freeway heading towards LA.
I've stuck my foot in my mouth so many times I don't think I'll ever get rid of the taste.

Re: What is with the graffiti?

I thought Disneyland had avoided the more obnoxious Year of a Million Dreams decor that has infiltrated Walt Disney World.

                          Looks like I was wrong.

This stuff is tacky. It doesn't make sense at the turn-of-the-century Main Street Train Station, and it surely has no relevance to the overall Disneyland theme.

These "fancy graffiti" things look good in advertising materials, but inside the parks, its tacky, ugly, and only makes the Year of a Million Dreams that more confusing to guests visiting the parks.

One can only hope they don't wrap our Monorails in this stuff like they did at Walt Disney World.

                            How exactly is it "confusing"?

Doesn't look as bad as imagined when I read the topic of the thread but it's definitely the tackiest stuff they have done in the parks in some time.
