  • DCA: New land Idea: Connection of wasted space

Well, since Pacific Wharf and The Golden Vine Winery don't really fit into whatever theme DCA is shaping up to be and also The Bay Area and the right side of Paradise Pier will have relatively nothing when the placemaking takes place, I was thinking that if you put all these places together, they can make up one big new land. They all connect perfectly, so they can elaborate on just connecting at all and theming it to something fresh and new. What do you guys think?

Hehe, you just took my two least favorite areas of DCA and just lumped them even closer together. I vote nay as the space is still wasted from off the shelf rides and and an underdeveloped San Fran area.

Paradise Pier doesn't need to be as big as it is. The less of it the better really.

/\ I don't think the OP was saying that Paradise Pier should be expanded. A new land was proposed, not more of an existing one
