  • Babies born in DL?

Hi there! We were at DL all last week and had a total blast!! I LOVE DISNEYLAND!! Anyway, there were SO many pregnant (REALLY pregnant) women there I began to wonder if there had ever been any babies born at DL. Does anyone know? Wouldn't it be cool to be THAT baby??

supposedly there have been, although I have never heard anything solid to prove it. Another rumor I have heard is that babies born in the park get lifetime passes- but I don't know for certain that that has ever happened.

I have heard the same thing that babies born at DL get a life time pass and that on their birth certificates it say Disneyland, California. So far just a rumor.

          Gross.

But they were given birth away from the general public, i.e. the Baby Care Center or The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Then that might be cool.

David Koenig wrote in Mouse Tales about this, so it's probably true.

I saw this on the news a couple years back. There was a lady who give birth at DL and she was a month or two early. Her family went into park and then with all the walking she thought she was having braxton hicks contractions (false contractions) but it got worse and then next thing you know, her water broke and the baby's head was crowning. Pretty much everything happened so quickly they couldn't transport her to the hospital. The family did receive something but it wasnt disclosed.

I was in labor at the park while I was pregnant with our 2nd child and believe me, once the contractions came back, I was out the gate running to the car. The one thing they cant give you at DL is pain killers!!!!! Lifetime passes or an epidural...sorry, I pick the epidural.

Hmm, not me. The pain will pass but: Disneyland FOREVER?! I'd give that a woo and a hoo!
I give myself very good advice, but I very seldom follow it.
That explains the trouble that I'm always in...

That's because it's not true. We had a live birth in 2001 (late in the year) at the main entrance. The baby and mom were given a gift basket in the hospital. No lifetime pass, although the guest was given some comp tickets (one-time use) because they had to leave early to go to the hospital.

I wish I was born in Disneyland, then I would really bleed Disneyland blood.
