  • Our Trip photos are now up and on-line

For those of you who're interested, I just finished marking up the last of the pages of the photos we took during our trip to DLR May 18-22.

You can see them at http://home.earthlink.net/~nf1j

    Caveats:

If you have dialup, prepare to wait a while, and refresh pictures that don't load on the first pass. I could have made them smaller, but I didn't want to.

The running content and dialogue was essentially done for friends and family, so parts of it could seem at the least inane to those Disneyholics among you.

And some of these shots are of marginal quality, but again, are probably of some interest to friends and family.

I'll whip up an admittedly belated trip report in the very near future. Until then, enjoy, and let me know what you think or if you run into any problems with the pages. They should be error proof, but I make no promises.

    Have a Disney Day!

Nice photos...thanks a million for sharing.
As nice as the other parks are, we must always remember that it all began at Disneyland. Disneyland should be the crown jewel in the Disney crown.

              Whoops!

Thanks, Fastpass Mountain, for cluing me in--the link for the Electrical Parade didn't work.

It does now. If you haven't yet, go check out that link, because the pictures from the Electrical Parade are some of the best in the lot.

Thank you for sharing. The inside of the GC looks beautiful. Maybe when our kids get a little older we will stay there. On the Parade of dreams I like how you took some pictures at day and night time. Well done!!

One thing I didn't get pictures of (this time around) are the pools at GCH; they have three, plus two hot tubs. They're all in the same stretch of area. The third of these three pools has a water slide made to look as if it's a redwood tree stump, and it's pretty popular with the kids. That pool has a pretty high life guard complement, too, so you can relax and perhaps not necessarily watch them like a hawk ever single second.

For us, after the trip down (we left at 4:30 am, it took six and a half hours), it was a great way to relax for a while before dinner.
