Bummer about the costume deal. But my motto for the past month has been "Nobody says no to Slave Girl Leia".

I wasn't under the impression that DL had Star Wars Weekends...and if anywhere, they would belong at Hollywood Pictures Backlot (much like they are at MGM at WDW)

Disneyland does not have an offical Star Wars Weekend, it is just a group of fans meeting for one day in the park. Similar to the weekly meets that some of the members here get to do weekly.

They also made a big mistake on the WHERE line. After saying it was here at Disneyland, in Anaheim California, on the West Coast, they put in parentiesis, (there are two in the United States). I already sent them an e-mail asking them to correct that. There is only one Disneyland in the US. The other, out there in Florida, is "The Magic Kingdom" not Disneyland East or Disneyland in Florida.

I hope they take heed or I might be forced to send my Stormtrooper Squad 501 people down to Orange County to take care of them.

Really, I didn't get an e-mail. But I'll try to get that change made ASAP.

And Yes it's just a bunch of fans gathering together. Maybe, just maybe we can make them see that there are just as many crazy Star Wars fans on the west coast as there are anywhere else.

PS. I've told as many people as I can that costumes are NOT allowed. But you can't tell everyone, and some people are just stubborn
