    Photos from Tuesday, March 27th

March weather, a strong wind storm and rain when I arrive, beautiful sunshine when I leave a few hours later

Scaffolding is being placed to help hold up Tarzan's Treehouse

Another new building is being built on TSI

    Baby Ducks

Path closures due to the wind

A couple of 50th logos are still around, and neither at the Opera House

The former AT&T area in Innoventions is walled off and closed, and signage is announcing "Project Tomorrow" to be sponsored by Siemens.

Most of the steel is up backstage for the new Toy Story Building

And a separate album covering the WDC Media event announcing almost $500,000 in cash and services donated to the Boys and Girls Clubs of LA and Orange Counties, held at DCA Tuesday.

Wow. Ed Grier in the park. Did he ask you for directions Darkbeer? I doubt that he actually knows his way around.

Thanks again for all the work and the great pictures.

Disney found some severe structual problems with the original tree, go read Al's update from Tuesday at MiceAge.com for more details.

The K-9 Detection Team trailer was near the security gates, and had non-governmental license plates, I presume it is the trailer uses for the dogs they use for security.

The Britsh Flag is part of the Tarzan's Treehouse

I always love your photos. The baby ducks are fantastic! I did not know if anyone still went into Innoventions.

                    DB,
Have you heard anything about why Disney would actually go to so much trouble to block viewing while they installed the seagulls, send out a presser on it, then promptly take them back out? That seems just a little strange to me?

Media Hype. The goal was the media pictures of putting on the Seagulls, not actually putting on the Seagulls. As you can see with us, the game of charades didn't work.

They'd better have something planned for how the toy story mania building is designed for the people riding on Screamin.. It's drastically changing the scenery on it and getting stuck riding next to a wall, even if there's something painted on it, would be lame. They should design something onto the structure that plays off of the track.

I dont think the TSMM building is going to be that tall.
