  • Adventures by Disney for California?

I think that "Adventures by Disney" is in full operation, correct? Was wondering now how people would feel if "AbD" set up shop in DCA to do like a 1-2 week adventure around the state of California. Get to know the REAL California with DCA as a start or end to the adventure...

Re: Adventures by Disney for California?

Multi-day vacation extensions and one-day excursions that originate at Disney's travel destinations are the only ways I can see Adventures by Disney being very popular.

The principal competitive advantage of Disney Cruise Lines is Walt Disney World and the other travel destinations. And, the same would be true for Adventures by Disney if Jay Rasulo and his minions were not as foolish as they have been in inaugurating the venture.

Instead of applying the Floridian model to Los Angeles and Paris by keeping guests on property with theme parks, it makes much more sense for Disney to guide guests as they explore these Host Regions. I've always believed so. But, Disney still doesn't seem to understand that California and France are not the vacuum Florida is.
