Does Disney use dichroic color filters on their lighting such as flood lights, par cans, etc.?

It looks like they do on the indoor queque of space mnt, and big thunder.

also does anyone know where I can get them?

    any info will help.

Most of the lighting in DL is now LED lighting or some kind of show lighting. I would really like to know where I can buy special color LED lights.

well the RGB LED fixtures are very expensive, I have a couple of them, however you can purchase some here:
http://www.americandj.com (go to lighting products drop down menu, and select LED)
      and

you need a DMX controller to get the millions of colors possible but they do have programs built in that go through some scrolls of color.

Look up Wildfire, they supply uv paints and uv throw lights for Disneys theme parks, that might help you out.
