2017 is a year of renewal for us, we have lots of exciting changes on the way for you, but we don't have time to deal with trolls and spammers. We have a front page filled with amazing content. We offer weekly meetups in the parks. Meets and events all over the world. Podcasts and videos. And we continue to maintain forums for your posting convenience. But with all those options, we can't be everywhere all the time. We need YOUR help. Please don't poke the trolls. Report posts and leave reputation. We'll do our best to keep the forums clean and active, but we can't do so without your help.

  • Submarine Voyage - Earth's Last Frontier (VIDEO Preview)

    In anticipation of the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage, I am putting together a few short videos in memory of the classic 1959 attraction, as well as a look at how the lagoon has changed and fallen into disrepair following its closure in 1998, culminating in a ride-through of the new underwater experience when it reopens this June (and when I get a chance to film it of course!). I put together about 90 seconds of the first episode and put it on Youtube to see how it would look (because it does such a dandy job of making good quality bad quality ). And I figured while I'm at it I'd share it with everyone to get some feedback. Let me know if there's anything specifically you want to see!

    The dimensions of the video aren't quite right, and you can't read the title or the first set of white text very well on top of the backgrounds - those things I shall fix. I'm going to add some extra sound effects to the audio track as well. It's a work in progress; I want to finish with something sea-worthy!
