  • Blue Bayou Question

Not sure if this has been asked before but I was wondering if the quality and service at Blue Bayou has been affected by the problems going on in Disneylands food department right now?

From what I hear, BB is not as effected.

I have been there recently and everything was great! The food is excelent, the service was fine and the atmosphere can't be beat. It's by far the best place to eat in Disneyland.

My very close friend works there and i have there many times recently and the food is very good. Most of the castmembers still work there, also.
One thing kids like is to be tricked. For instance, I was going to take my little nephew to Disneyland, but instead I drove him to an old burned-out warehouse. "Oh, no," I said, "Disneyland burned down."

He cried and cried, but I think that deep down, he thought it was a pretty good joke.

I started to drive over to the real Disneyland, but it was getting pretty late.

              Great place

I was there on June 3 and it was great. Wonderful food and service as usual.

              P.S. DisneyKat, order the crabcakes!

Well I work there, and I know that we are short staffed, but because we've always been filled to capacity every hour of the day, I don't think it shows as much, because we know how to proceed when it's a busy situation.

Kat - order the clam chowder, crab cakes and the calamari. Or one of the three. I also get the prime rib, which is quite tasty, but everyone goes for the Monte Cristo as well...

I love the BB. We waited about 30 min for our table (that was with reservations) but that's the only qualm I have about the whole place. The service was efficient and friendly and... yay.

They are not reservations. They are priority seating. Thus, you get to sit before any walkins do.

And at lunchtime, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the jambalaya classique. It's got a lot of meat in it.
