I am posting this because the "sneaking backstage" thread has been closed. The guy (Tech Services DLR) definately did not do any of the stuff he wrote in that piece. Are you kidding? "the Head of The National Security Agency" yeah, that makes sense.

So the reason that forum topic was closed is because TechServicesDLR has to make up stories to get people to take him seriously. If he had done all that stuff don't you think he would have pictures or something?

you are actually not allowed to take pictures backstage. it is against company policy and you could get either fired if you work there or arrested if you are a guest that snuck backstage. cuz backstage is private property and you have to have the propler credentials to be back there or else you would be toast.

I realize that taking the pictures would be prohibited, but don't you think being back there in general would be against company policy? And if you are already breaking one rule by being in places you shouldn't, don't you think he would want something to show for it?

yeah if he wanted to prove that he was backstage, then i would imagine that he would have taken pictures. but security is usually tight backstage and they usually catch people that dont have their ID's showing or whatever. so if he was even backstage, he wouldnt have seen much or gotten far.

backstage is overrated. its dirty, grimy, and ugly. it really takes the "magic" out of disneyland

But theres nothing backstage..Its like being in a industrial area..bunch of blank buidlings, utility carts , and people walking around. Its pretty boring... theres no "Magic" backstage so I wouldnt know why anyone would risk being caught backstage and being kicked out. Its not that great to anyone who hasnt seen it. ok my .02 cents

I'm not sure why you would want to dredge this topic back up. We really need to make sure that people do not discuss activities which the Disney company might use to try to shut down these boards. If you put our site in jeopardy, we have not choice but to close the entire thread involved and alter the posts. We hate to do that, but it is necessary for us to avoid the wrath of Disney Legal.

Backstage is very boring. The only exciting thing was seeing the Space Mountain construction.
