Interesting considering the DRR still shows up as being closed that day. I know because I have been watching the calendar DESPERATELY hoping it will be open at least ONE of the 5 days we will be at the park, May 30-June3!

It would be great news if it is going to be open!

The link above does not appear to be working. What is the cost to attend?

Sorry---but the trains at the Park won't be running. This is sort of like a release party for a DVD Carlene Thie and Dave Oneal made.

Here's a look at the ticket for the event (the locomotive is based on a painting I did for the cover of my book):

I see that it's $30 to get in, or $23 if you are a member of the 1313 Club. I would love to go, but living on Social Security as a fixed income, that is a little steep for me. It would be nice to go, but I just can't afford to join and get the ticket. There is a link for joining and getting a ticket, but no price is given, and I am sure it's higher than just the $30 for the show. Sad but true. Seniors can't always do the things they used to do.

I was directed to this email! Please seniors please inquire on discount! We dont want anyone to miss something because of not having the funds! We want to accommodate everyone to the best of our ability! We were even thinking of lowering the price for we know how times are difficult!

I went to the Fullerton Railroad Days Event. The C.K. Holiday was on display. It looks so little outside of D/L. One of the CM Engineers told me the trains wouldn't be running until June 11th. Sorry, and I hope everthing else is open for you.

I would LOVE to attend this event. I know that Magic Makers are doing an awesome job putting out historical Disneyland DVD's.

Knowing their quality, you can guarentee that it will be well worth the trip. This event is bringing in our very own Steve DeGaetano!!!!!!

Being in Indiana has its disadvantages. But hey...I'll be there in August!

Can someone tell me exactly where this motel/hotel is? I thought it was somewhere else, and now I am lost with the Walnut address. I am not all that familier with the area except right around Disneyland. Can I walk there? Or is there an Anaheim bus that goes by it? Or one of those shuttle buses. I need to know how to get there as I take the bus to Disneyland and cannot drive.
