  • Nemo: Exit from Nowhere and Misc 05/17

As I was looking at the Seagulls I happened to look down at the fence. I saw something that seemed a bit out of place.

Could this be the new exit for Nemo ?

Disneyland know that going a long line for Subs and Nemo.
It will be the exit for the monorail and Subs. the cut over to the walkway will be about where the picture was taking.

Wow, looks like I need to get out to Paradise Pier to check out what's going on. That building is looking interesting. Looks like we'll be seeing a Victorian Paradise Pier soon enough! Awesome!

I also noticed that Exit Only sign today. Weird. If the Subs queue is going to be wrapping around the Lagoon down through Small World Mall, I'd really like to know how that Monorail exit is going to work out. Strange.

Please keep in mind that this sign is placed close to the loading area and says FROM THIS POINT so it could be only a 15 minute wait from that point depending on how many switch backs are being used to wrap people around and around after they reach that point. I just think it is going to be funny that people will walk up to that sign and think that is the total wait time alltogether regardless of the fact the line starts at Small World. Most people do not read the part about FROM THIS POINT. LOL

It's gotta be an evac exit.

How does that information help anyone? Can't Disney provide necessary information while also preserving the show?

Well at least when I was a kid (and I'm sure people who were a lot older than me) I thought it actually went fully underwater. I'm pretty sure that it's to prevent people from freaking out if/when the ride breaks down and/or when actually on the ride, get claustrophobic that they can't get out of the ride because it's 'underwater.'

Where exactly is the entrance? I'm going to need to figure out the shortest route for my trip this summer to shave off a few hours from the wait
