  • New commercial for DCA

We were inside DCA last wednesday and they were filming a new commercial for DCA's Block Party Parade. John Goodman was in it. He was joking around and saying hi to the kids. As usual, it lasted too long and got boring so we wandered around a bit. A little while later, they were just wrapping it up. He slipped out the back with DCA staff to avoid the crowds that were waiting for autographs.

He was one of seven stars that we saw during our stay this week...

Who were some of the other six? Doc, Dopey, Grumpy, etc.?

My kids know their names. I'll try....

Laura Dern from Jurassic Park. She was there with a little girl shopping in Tomorrowland. My daughter walked up to her and said Hi.

The two twin boys (young) from a current Disney channel show.

The red haired gal from the OC show.

Fred Willard (?) from a few shows in the 70's and now doing some commercials. He was there watching the fireworks. Said Hi. He was not being escorted. (I wonder why???) LOL

A bit actor from the Disney channel that we also have seen on a couple of ABC shows. Don't have a clue what his name is. He has also been on a few commercials. Again, no escort.

There were a few others being escorted, but we didn't have a clue as to who they were. Busy week for sightings...

Actually he slipped out the back so no one was able to see him sneeking INTO Disneyland. He was heard to say "Ahhhhh. That's better."

I don't think John Goodman could sneak in to anything . . . . large man, very large man.
