  • Disneyland musical guests over the years..

So I have the idea to make a music compilation of songs that famous (and not so famous) musical artists have performed in Disneyland over the years. Not Disney songs, but famous songs of the era.

    Here's an example:
Mr. Postman - The Carpenters (Music Video filmed in Disneyland)
Down on the Corner - The Osmonds ( Disneyland showtime)
Much too Late for Goodbyes - Julian Lenon (Disneyland 35th special)
Ease on down the Road - Michael Jackson ( Disneyland 35th special)
Lazy River - Louis Armstrong ( Disneyland after Dark)

I know there's a gazillion others so any help would be much appreciated!

I remember seeing Maynard Ferguson perform on the ROA stage. Way cool. I think he was doing "MacArthur Park".

I remember seeing Tommy Tutone performing "867-5309" on the Tomorrowland Stage, which was an outdoor stage exactly where HISTA is now.

No Doubt performed at a Grad Nite right before Tragic Kingdom went big. You can add most of the music off of that album as well as some of their older stuff. Which songs in particular, I don't remember.

Correction. That was from Disneyland's 25th special. Here's a small snippet of it as it segs from "Ease On Down The Road" to "When You Wish Upon A Star."

Donna Summers "She Works Hard For Her Money" is another from another TV special.

New Edition performed on Tom Sawyer Island way back when(early-mid 80's). Fantasmic Stage area (before Fantasmic!). My brother and I remember them singing Mr Telephone Man.
