Club 33 - Down for Refurb?

Im not sure if I should post my question here.
My question is does anybody know if Club 33 is down for Refurbishing?
If it is closed, when will Club 33 reopen?

I think it did close briefly a while ago to install the bar. But im pretty sure its open. Anyone?

I had Breakfast there on Sunday. Part of the Club is behind the tarps on the outside, and they placed a covering on the outside of the windows, here is a shot of the affected windows...
