  • What to expect

Ok so I go to DLR 5 or 6 times a year but having been told horror stories of crowds in the summer ive never been in june july or august but on Sunday july 15th Im going to a concert at the house of blues in dtd so I figured how could I resist! so my first ever summer trip is planned what should I expect? How long of waits? how crowded? Im worried it might ruin my love for the Park!

    Re: What to expect

Make a list now of your "must ride" rides and plan on getting Fastpasses for them. Also stagger your lunch to be either before or after the normal 11-1pm time frame. That will help you avoid the crowds both in line and in the restaurants. Pick the later times to see the parade and Fantasmic and get there early. Night Parade, line up for Fireworks, then late Fantasmic is always the best bet (not sure you mentioned HOB so is this a night thing?) Also allows for short lines during day parade. If the crowds really get ya down, head over to DCA! and buy all souvenirs on the way out so you don't carry them everywhere and possibly lose them. Hope this helps.

If you notice that the line for Snow White is close to an hour long, run and never look back!

If you plan wisely, you can ride everything around 10 minutes or so (except nemo and pan)

Now, I'll turn that little mouse's dream into a nightmare Fantasmic!
