  • I have no desire to see Golden Dreams at DCA

Six years have passed and I still have not seen the history in the Golden Dreams Theatre. I have been inside the theatre but it was during Halloween for some special event.

Does anyone else feel this way? Does anyone want to convince me to see it?

Im with you. Ive never had the urge to go see it. Even on the days I go to the parks by myself and try to do and see the things I dont normally do.....Ive never once wanted to see that.

See it because according to the end, Cali is responsible for the fall of the Berlin Wall, it's not said but the end montage implies it.

Eh, I've seen it a few times showing out of town guests around. Some portions are a bit watered down but thats to be expected. Being an Apple fan, they have a little blurb about the birth of Apple which is kind of cool. Theres free AC....

Eh, its a good thing I'm not in sales. lol

Saw it finally after having an AP for 3 years and now have no desire whatsoever to go back.

Please DCA management, get rid of that horrid thing and but something of interest there-

Yes, you can't beat a dark, (empty) theater with the A/C blaring. Looking to take a nap in DCA? That's a good place to do it. But I can't recommend watching the film. :yuck:

                One has to admit this:

It's a REALLY good school film. I think it should be distributed to schools around the state. But as an attraction? Personally, I wouldn't mind if they added Jack Sparrow and/or a loop.

A truly excellent point! The errr, "show," is well, unwatchable. Whoopie did a good job with the material she was given but the show is still like a dog doo sandwich without the bread.

The show is annoying, preachy, historically inaccurate, with little entertainment value. Aside from a dark room and the A/C that is. Yeah 626, nap time indeed.

They should replace Golden Showers with a tribute to Walt or something. Anything!!!

I could use a nap right now. Too bad the seats don't recline or the arm rests fold up. That would be awesome.
