If you mean Haunted Mansion Holiday, they always tweak something in it every year.

HMH is really popular, right? With whom, exactly?

I can't talk about it - I LOVE Nightmare Before Christmas, LOVE it. But it has nothing to do with the Haunted Mansion at all - NBC has ghosts in what, one scene? They might as well do a Pirates overlay with it. There are skeletons in POTC, right?! There you go.

It's so popular, they should really consider a permanent Nightmare ride at DCA - with HalloweenTown facade. Then they won't have to go through that process of changing it out.

                    Re: Nightmare Before Christmas

There's so much more they could do with HMH overlay of NBC. SO MUCH!
I just wish they would do it. I know they're limited because it is in the HM but still. I guess it was great to us all the first year or two because it was new and totally different. Now it's the same ol thing though. I wish they would realize that it brings in a lot of people and anticipation and they should go all out on it.

I'm a huge NBC fan so maybe I'm looking into it too much.

I can't imagine all the work that goes into that overlay, they really SHOULD just have a permanent NBC ride or something!

                        I wish!
I think NBC is detailed enough to easily make a whole land out of it. With good rides too, not cheap thrown together rides.

And imagine a whole land set up as Halloween throughout the year but when Christmas comes.......well, now you have a WHOLE land that you can throw your Christmas Bling on!

I really like the idea of a whole land themed to Nightmare Before Christmas, their is definitely an entire world that could be created around that story. Take this with a grain of salt though cause i'm a huge fan of the movie.

                              Re: Nightmare Before Christmas

It seems to me that if Universal is going to the trouble of creating a Harry Potter world at their park Disney could counter that with some kind of Halloween Town. I know it won't happen and I know people will argue the movie is too old, but it seems like it could be a decent land expansion (maybe between Fronteirland and Fantasyland).*

*I don't really like the idea of it having its own land in Disneyland, but I can't see it fitting at all in DCA so...third gate?**

**For the record, I really wouldn't want it to be shoehorned in any where. There just isn't room for it in Anaheim, but the idea is cool.
