Three Photo Albums from Sunday, August 19th

First a look at the current status of the Anaheim Garden Walk

Second, a large album of the new show at DCA, High School Musical 2: School's Out

And then the general Album from Sunday

    http://darkbeer.smugmug.com/gallery/3335395

It was Bats Day at the park (an unofficial event for Goth fans)

One of the Fantasyland stores is behind refurb walls and closed

A look inside the closed River Belle Terrace, almost anything not bolted down has been removed, including the registers.

At 5:04 PM, a power outage hit the East side of Disneyland and lasted about 5 minutes, many attractions went down, and some never reopened.

A look at the New Park Guides

    Enjoy!

Once again, Darkbeer, thanks for the great collections of photos, which makes it easier for those of us far away get by until our next visit to the park. I really appreciate the comments with the photos as well (the hybrid duck may be suffering from a nutritional deficiency that causes a droopy wing -- maybe too much popcorn and churos left overs have taken their toll).

Bats Day is very interesting. Would have loved to have seen it! Why all the rides down at the same time? Great job, as usual, Darkbeer. Thank you!

Outstanding photos! I am so glad you posted tons of photos of Bats Day! As a haunter it also makes me a closet goth, so I really want to attend this event. I can't believe how well controlled that large group was for the photo. Now were staff keeping the crowds away from in front or just good old fashion courtesy?? I don't know which was more fun checking out all the great clothes and umbrellas or looking at the expressions on the faces of the "norms" as they walked past. Those shots are priceless! Thanks!
