A while back I remember they sold off some of the Keel boats on eBay. I couldn't afford one but that would of made such a cool "gazebo" in my back yard!!!

Buying a peoplemover, eh? If I had the money I would get it...make my own peoplemover in the back yard...have it go through the bushes, through the garage, across the street, through the neighbor's house...Marge: Barnacle Bill's Home Pregnancy Test? Homer, shouldn't we have gone with a better-known brand?
Homer: But Marge, this one came with a corn-cob pipe!
Marge: [reading from the test box] "Ahoy, Maties! If the water turns blue, a baby for you! If purple ye see, no baby thar be!"
Homer: So, which is it? Blue or purple?
Marge: Pink.
Homer: D'oh!
Marge: "If ye test should fail, to a doctor set sail!"

For that much, can I get one without the crappy paint job? That's so weird, I've seen this auctioned off before sometime last year. Maybe they didn't have a taker."Do it for me then. Your gaming buddies are going to be there too. It will be good for you kids to go out and blow the stink off yourselves for one night."
"Fine. For you. And for the eradication of stink."

Let's hope they use the money from the auction to produce new Peoplemover cars so they can BRING BACK THE ATTRACTION!"I could never convince the financiers that Disneyland was feasible because dreams offer too little collateral"

Hm. This Peoplemover car would have to be pretty junked out, wouldn't it? I mean, it's one of the couple that Disney decided were so bad that they hauled them out of the warehouse and repainted them in blue with reflective tape.
If I was bidding, I'd save that money for an originally painted, and likely better, one to show up someday.

These ride vehicles have been on ebay for more than four years. Somtimes they will have a couple good ones, but it seems like the space mountain cars never sell. The first one that I saw was a couple of boats from PotC that were real beaters, dents all over the place. But then right afterwards, they sold some brand-new looking ones. I am on the lookout for a car from Mr. Toads and/or a Jungle Cruiser...highly unlikely, but let me know if any of you see one up for bid/sale!
