Took a rare evening photowalk thru California Adventure on Sunday night. Took some detailed pictures of mostly signs and some of the lighting around the park.
First thing I noticed was some of the new parking lot signage, themed to Disney's Halloween Time...nice touch...
Took a short tour of the Animation Studio...
and quickly left the Hollywood Backlot as there is not much to do there...
I noticed they have a 2008 calendar now...year has gone by quick!
California Missions...
DCA smell...not sure what it is, but I like it...probably the baked goods, coffee and ice cream merged together.
Played around a bit in the Chew Chew store, or whatever they call it.
Uncle Walt and his love for steam trains.
Made a tater head...its me with my camera lol.
Into condor flats, the best themed area of DCA...
Grabbed some fries from the Taste Pilot Grill.
ahh Chevron gas...
what?!?! really only 5 cents a gallon...not in California!
found a hidden mickey inside of Taste Pilot's Grill.
I really liked this shot of Soarin'...
Now walking towards the Grizzly Peak Area...
grrr....
I was starting to notice the neat lighting around the park, and the different light covers...
very big tree, tho not as big as a real sequoia tree!
more pictures of the lighting...
I know a cliche shot...
...and now not a so cliche shot...
yep, i know more of the lights lol...
I really like this sign, even tho its a bit confusing...
I really like how they decorated the Tortilla Factory to celebrate the season with corn husks...
I had never seen this until today, its under the awning of the Lucky Fortune Cookery...I have never seen this food location open ever! As a matter of fact I had to look up in the park map to see what this restaurant was called!
Another lamp...this one is by that place that sells the margarita's in Pacific Wharf
Now leaving Pacific Wharf...
This area always reminds me of a postcard, I think that was there intent anyways...
A strange candy corn in the middle of the plaza...
Slowly working my way out of the park, it's getting late...
I'll be back to check out this years Halloween offerings...
Noticed that the tram sign has the old logo on it...what makes it worse there was one right next to it with the new traditional logo...tsk tsk tsk
Took a long shutter of the tram going by the Halloween decorations...
To celebrate Halloween early!
It's been a while since I've been to DCA, today i was only there about 3 hrs.
It's funny I think I was the last one to leave the park! Hope you enjoyed my photowalk!
