I am trying to not get too off topic here, but I just saw this information in one of the other areas and just had to share it wil all of you

Would you like to see this at Disneyland or the DCA?

This is the umpty-tweenth thread asking that question. But as we all well know, Ed Grier, Jay Rasulo and the bean counters won't let that happen. Only John Lassiter can do something.

And based on the new HKDL Halloween Parade and the success of the annual TDL events, it may well happen.

I know that a lot of people will just say Disneyland, but the DCA is where the "Halloween Time" even is going on and it would be a nice parade for the DCA.

But there is MORE HalloweenTime at Disneyland than DCA.

The current Guides to the Magic list 3 events at Disneyland

Main Street Pumpkin Festival
Woody's Halloween Roundup
Haunted Mansion Holiday

Plus all the decorations, esepcially on Main Street

And compare it to the 2 events at DCA

Candy Corn Acres
Golden Screams (and why is it listed as "NEW!" even though it is a returning attraction?)

And of course, the strong rumors have much of the DCA Entertainment corridor closed off for the major changes to the park.

It belongs in Disneyland, heck it would be the first NEW parade for the park since the start of the 50th, DCA is already getting the Play Pals thing to replace BPB.

Move all the decorations and parties over to Disneyland. Some of our favorite WDW times have been the parties on the off nights. We get to meet unique characters or see the regulars in different costumes, the rides have fewer lines too.

Why borrow anything... is it too much to ask for every park to be ORIGINAL and have THEIR OWN UNIQUE PARADES AND SHOWS? Just a strange thought but I would welcome a unique experience over a carbon copy of another park. Then again our 50th BDay present was 2 Florida copies so I am probably way off in my thoughts.

I mean taking the elements of TDL's Haunted Mansion theme mixed in with the HKDL blacklight "Glow-In-The-Park" during MHT and throw in Jack and Sally from NBC...GENIUS, I TELL YA!

I'd like to see it at DCA personally. That park is always emptier and easier to find a spot for a parade. It bugs me to see Electrical Parade at DCA since it was at Disneyland but if it's new, stick it in DCA. They should actually take a lot of things in DCA and stick it. Um, that didn't come out right.

(Wouldn't mind seeing Country Bear Jamboree in DCA though)

What a really GREAT parade! It would be wonderful to see that at Disneyland.

personally i would love to see two different parades over at the disneyland resort. the glow in the dark one is perfect for disneyland, just for the fact it has jack skelenton and friends in it matching haunted mansion holiday but would love to see disney worlds over at DCA that one just has a sort of charm that i would love to see in a DCA parade. But they could replace the butler from haunted mansion and the hitchhiking ghosts with hotel bell hops and the ghosts from tower of terror.
