- If you're going to be out in the sun for long periods of time, use sunscreen.

- Never underestimate the worth of a really good hair conditioner (in other words, don't buy the cheap stuff)

There are so many books on Disneyland in talking about its history, you may want to do some investigating there. I think Kevin Yee put out a list in his column not too long ago. Something as simple as "Disney the First 100 years" by smith and clark might be good.
