Staff Christmas Party days

I am planning an early December trip, Dec 5-8 Wed-Sat. I remember last year hearing about the CM Christmas party and they closed the park at like 6pm. Anyone remember what day that was? I just want a ballpark to see if it's possible my trip days will fall on that day. Did they keep DCA open later that day? Anyone remember??? Do they run Fantasmic on Fridays during December??

As far as I know, the park closes at 8, like always. Not sure if they keep DCA open later, I believe that they close 6 PM as always. You shouldn't worry about Friday. I think there is no CM party on Friday, so there will be a Fantasmic!

If memory serves, the Cast Holiday Parties are always Mondays and Tuesdays, you should be fine.

Cast Holiday Parties have been on Monday and Tuesday at around the time you're going, so by avoiding Monday and Tuesday you should be fine.

The calendar shows DL closing at 6 PM on Dec 3 and 4

According to the calendar on their website, Disneyland is open from 9 AM to 6 PM December 3rd and 4th. On those days, DCA will be open from 10 AM until 9 PM. The days you are planning on going to the park Disneyland is open from 10 AM to 8 PM and DCA from 10 AM to 6 PM Wed and Thurs. (5th and 6th) and Disneyland 8 AM to 12 AM Fri and Sat, DCA 10 AM to 9 PM Fri and Sat.

So... you're safe.
