I thought that there were reports of him meeting this year outside of Golden Screams?

It would make my trip complete to see him and get another picture. A great deja vu!

In Tokyo they have more characters from the Lilo and Stitch series. I wish they would bring them here too.

Rare Character Day is a GREAT idea! How do they decide when certain characters will be walking around the park? I've always wondered that. Do they have a set schedule? Are certain characters only out at specific times of the year? Anyone with inside info on this? Thanks,

They should make all holidays RARE CHARACTER DAYS.

Has anyone suggested the possibility of a "living character" Ursula a la the Bunsen and Beaker mobile? She could appear to move on tentacles, that would be cool.
