  • Why not use Toontown?

Why didn't they just utilize some of the unused facades in Toontown to accommodate a "Year of a Million Dreams" suite?

The Cast could lock up the entrance near It's a Small World, allowing guests to have free reign in an enclosed land.

Have the attractions operating. Let all the characters loose. Throw in an early character breakfast picnic near the fountain before park opening.

    Voila!

Because that would make too much sense.

What a good idea! I love character breakfasts, it is such a great way to interact with the characters and it would be amazing to stay anywhere in Disneyland.

That would be cool, they could promote it as "win the chance to be Mickey's neighbor," or something like that.

Um, maybe I'm being too realistic, but perhaps it's because the facades are . . . facades. There's nothing behind them that could be turned into a suite (unless you're expecting guests to sleep in dumpsters) and no room to build anything new.

Did the Disney Gallery have two bedrooms and two bathrooms? Did Cinderella Castle have similar arrangements, also?

I'd guess that Jessica Rabbit plays a role in one or two of those million dreams...

As much as I love TT, I prefer the NOS location where there are great sights, F! and room.

I dont think there is adequate room in toon town to build a suite so they would have to remove something to make room. Then you have the logistics issues of when they can go back there because of the fireworks (I believe some still go off from back there). There isnt much of a view back there and having Gadgets and RRCS to ride all night will get pretty boring. Finally, getting food back there will be a pain since I dont believe there is a full kitchen in that area.

It woudl maybe be a cool thing for a scout troup to camp out there for a night, but its not the place for a luxury suite.

                      A little piece of heaven

Now that was a great idea.... Hard to find them on here, but that one was great! Who knows... something for them to think about down the road!

Just put me in a boat in POTC, turn off the current, and leave the banjo playing on, and let me sleep right there!

I don't need no stinkin' bed.
