Re: Best place for a drink
You could do the Lost Bar, but if you're looking for ambiance, then you should head for Uva. It's smack dab in the middle of Downtown Disney and is an open-air bar. The prices are a little higher than those you'd find at Lost, but for the atmosphere and the more "sophisticated" sense to it, then the money's worth it. Or, you could always go to Hearthstone in the Grand Californian. Nice, usually quiet atmosphere, cushy seats and couches, and complimentary munchies. If you actually do get hungry, they can bring you food-they have a limited menu of entrees brought in from other eateries on the resort property.
Enjoy your drink!

One more quiet Bar is the Brass bar in Disneyland hotel.

I don't think any of us like beer. We are manly men and everyone knows that true manly men enjoy fruity novelty beverages and mixed drinks.Originally posted by AristocatI miss David.Originally posted by GinarellaAll I know is that David is a pimp Gryffindor.

Re: Best place for a drink
Submit my vote for the Hearthstone Lounge, great atmosphere and a great place to drink and talk. Lost Bar is fun, but much more casual, and it keeps getting harder for me to justify the Disney prices based on the Lost Bar atmosphere.:sc:-"Enjoy the rest of your stay here at Disneyland, where all of your dreams come true...well except for two of them, short lines and cheap food.":sc:

Re: Best place for a drink
Yeah, I think that is where we might go. It sounds like something to check out, also we work for a game publisher and some of us are gaming geeks. Hearthstone COULD be related to a game that some of us play (not me of course). If not for micechat I would have never known the place was there.Originally posted by AristocatI miss David.Originally posted by GinarellaAll I know is that David is a pimp Gryffindor.
