You are going to love it! It's like the Sephora Fairie has been there.
Anything listed on the park maps as an attraction is fair game for inclusion in the Rally.
I cannot confirm nor deny the inclusion of any attraction in the Rally.

Cool - I can't believe I waited this long to join. I am having so much fun just deciding on which smilies to use . Anyway, we just bought a Digital Rebel camera and I plan on filling the 1GB card several times. After we return, I'll try to post some pics (smaller size of course).

I hate change....don't react well to it, so I was a little nervous about my reaction.

I don't even reeeeally know what all the changes are, because I've been trying to just keep my reactions pure, without expectation.

I just want to be delighted, you know??

I know it seems silly, but we are going to make a game of taking pics of all the 50th ear signs. I'm not really comfortable with change either; I really miss 20K in WDW. But, we still have Tikis to sing about here! and new subs...and hopefully a new peoplemover!

Re: Have you been since the golden treatment?

I've gone several times since the golden treatment. And while I naturally fear and despise change, I found it to be overall pretty nice. Not over the top, but still pretty cool.

Re: Have you been since the golden treatment?

Having never seen it without the gold, I am going to think, that it always looks that way.

I went to WDW and thought I would like the gold touches they added to Cinderella Castle, and I did not like it at all. It looked better in pictures, than in real life.

Disneyland deserves to be decked out in gold. It seems, from what I have read, that most people like the overall look and the complete sprucing up of the park.

I am sure Disneyland is a beautiful gem.

                  I feared tacky.

It's not tacky. It is quite, surprisingly lovely. Happiness was my response. Surprised happiness.

Good to know! I'm no "gold" fan, I love silver, platinum, white gold....so I have a problem with the "golden" thing. I, too, was afraid it would be tacky.

I'm looking forward to the first glimpses!!! I have goosebumps right now.

Barbaraann, you're going to have such a great time!!! I wish I could be seeing Disneyland for the first time through your eyes.

I agree with NA, I was fearful it was all going to look tacky, and it's all been done very well. It's all become how I see the park now, so it'll take a little getting used to once the park returns to the non-gold version, but it's not to the point where the gold is overwhelming anywhere.

Oh wow, that's so awesome that you've kept it a surprise. I'm almost jealous. You'll be astounded at the differences.

I was nervous about the treatment, and when I saw the castle for the first time my mouth dropped and my eyes watered up. As we got closer to the castle, the waterworks were flowing. I was so happy, not only because it wasn't tacky, but because I fell in love with it.

The gold vehicles add that special touch to the park. You will be impressed, not the slightest bit disappointed. And congrats for keeping it a secret for so long!
                            ...it's been a long time.

Thanks, guys!!! Now I'm really excited to see everything!!! :yea:

I've also not read anything about Remember. I have no clue really, what it's like, except that the action takes place in a different location than Believe. Very excited about that, too!!
