BEAWARE:LONG POST AHEAD.ok here is my idea for dca and i know this topic is getting a little old but...oh well
Sunshine Plaza:first things first. tear out the big murals because they have no purpose exsept to take up space, move golden gate bridge to new san fran area and reroute monrail. the main gate would be themed like you are just crossing over the border.when you are through the gates you will be on a main street area like in cars. on this main street there would be real shops just like DL and at the end of it there would be a big butte thing like in the movie (this will be in place of the fountain).since you are on the main street from cars you are also on route 66.at the end of the mainstreet the road splits and goes three different ways. a highway sign ahed of you says that to the left is west to hollywood, the right east to death valley, and straight is north to ventura, the pier, montery sanfran,sacremento and lake tahoe.
Hollywood Pictures Backlot: the hollywood sign is moved back so it is'nt very visble from cars area. the old playhouse disney show is replaced by a show about the golden age of hollywood. the animation building stays the same and more shops are put in the fake empty windows. also in one of the windows is a preview center for the DLR.if when you came in you happend to turn left after award wieners you would no longer be in a empty boring backlot, instead you would be in Disney Pixar Studios. muppets showstays the same as would monsters inc. however instead of the dumb boring stage in the middle there would be a steamboat wille playhouse like the one in toontown (maybe retheme the s.s rustworthy?). the old WWTBAMPI would house a new high school musical ride using golf carts from the resort from the seconed movie. tot would remain the same and the hyperion would get all the upgrades al's been talking about.
Condor Flats: condor flats is rethemed to a death valley air field and gets two new attractions:the rocketeer and the airshow. themed to the movie
you enter a small hanger that houeses the Que. while you wait you are able to watch the various scenes that played out in this hanger. when you get to the front you see that the cars look just like the rocketeer himself. you board by walking up a step ladder atached to the car and you stand there while a cm ajusts the resrants. once this is done your car moves out of the hangar and in to the open air, then it stops and you hear the souds of jet pack starting it's engine, you here a countdown 5..4..3..2..1.. whoosh your "rocket" blasts strait up and you get a birds eye view of death valley and then suddenly you keel onto your back and lunge down and then into a corkscrew.... you get the point. the que would be placed where taste pilots grill is. the pilots grill would be placed where the que is for soarin and the que for soarin would be reengineered.the airshow would be three coasters in one. two are blue angels, which do sycronized air tricks, and the other coaster would be a trick plane wich does mid air acrobatics. the que for this ride be placed behind the plane at the end of the runway most ride ellements would occur over the entire death valley area. for theming more mountainish type desert dunes would be added to hide other parts of the park.
Grizzly peak National Park: grizzly peak would alot more big trees (i mean alot) redwoods, sequias you name it and not one palm tree. grr and rcct would remain the same exept the challenge trail will get a new name. how bout girzzly trail? New rides would be: gold panning and a haunted mine train coaster. it would aso extend its boundrys out to where golden dreams is and the old theatre would be home to a country bears water ride
Disney Pier: this area is where most of the changes are. rides to be moved:orange stinger, malliboomer, jumpin jelly fish, mullholland maddness, golden zepher and sun wheel. the sunwheel will be moved to where king tritons carosel is the jellyfish the carrosel and the maliboomer would be moved to the new ariels grotto area and mullholland would be moved to the san fran area. where mullholand used to be will be trans formed into a beach area celebrating surfing.the old murals from the front would be put in the surfing area. any ideas? the pier heading to where ariels was would be lowerd and strightend and bumper cars would be added.and finally the zepher would be moved to where malliboomer was. screamin stays as is or theme it to the gearman scientist duck mentoned ina nother thread. any body remember which thread it was?
lake tahoe:has three or four rides:a Ski jump Ride Mentioned By joeTnielsen. a runnaway ski lift coaster and stand up coaster that has one rider per train that"skis" down famous runs at lake tahoe ski areas And maybe an olympic area. Ideas?
Ariels grotto: would stay where its but would be lowered with the rest of the pier and would get four new rides the grotto would expand out to were the current deck is and would be closed in by green glass.in this big area king tritons carousel would be placed in this room and so would the jellyfish(it would be a very big room) also in the room would be the entrace for the omnirover ride and the que for the rethemed maliboomer: you board half way up the support pole once boarded you are lowered down into the darkness and then every thing stops and ursula appears and asks for your voises and when you refuse shes says "fine I will make you give them to me" and then woooosh you are shot up and then you come down agin back down with ursula "I told you I could get your voises but I dont want them any more so you can have them back" woosh you are shot up to the loading platfom.
San Fransico: this area is a blur for me I could use some input the things of nailed down are:smaller golden dreams, escape from alcatraz and rethemed mullholand madness to run away cable cars and regular cable cars, that its in the timon parking lot and the bay is connected to the pier's laggoon
Montery:A.K.A Pacific Wharf is moved to where the whinery:lol:is. haha

Bugs Land: mostly the same exept Make the entrace to It's a Bugs Life look like the chinese thetere made out of chinese takeout boxes
