I had never seen this before. It was posted to YouTube in June 2006 but I thought it was the cutest thing ever! Was this a special event?

hahaham :lol:, that is hilarious!! i think they were out doing it for fun! I have never seen it before!! I see it this way: the CM got bored, they knew the dance and asked to perform it, lol!!

That is so cute! It seems like it was at least slightly planned rather than spontaneous. I imagine it would take a bit of practice to do the choreography in those costumes. Perhaps a few friends got together and planned to do it for fun. It looks like something I would want to do if I worked there!

A lot of times at night (after fireworks) the characters come up with the band on weekends. It's not a "for sure" thing, but it happens quite often and is really fun! As far as HSM dance- yep they know it really well.

Just don't expect to get autographs, they are there to actually [as hard as it is for parents to believe] INTERACT with the kids and families. Meaning dancing and having a good time instead of being a robot for autographs and pics.

Nice video. I'm suprised. I've never heard any of the AVEX released Disney music in Disneyland. After that High School Musical number, they started playing Mickey Mouse March~eurobeat version by Domino!! I wish the characters knew how to do the para para to that song. Club Buzz nearly became Club Disney!

Even if I absolutely HATE HSM, I have that video placed in My Favorites on YouTube. It is so cute seeing Mickey and The Gang Dancing to something I eternally despise. (I know, such a downer huh.)
