I was talking to a buddy of mine today about Disneyland souvenirs, and which kind we bought for loved ones when visiting the Park.
He told me that he used to buy his mom a small lantern every time he visited until he was nearly 20 years old. This would have been aound 1985. I have no idea what this lantern looks like, but it doesn't really matter. The point is that he consistently purchased the same thing for his mom.
Tigerlily and I regularly make a sojourn to the Candy Palace on Main Street USA, to purchase specific types of candy for our kids. Morgan likes sour candy, Charlie and Katie like the Mickey suckers, Michele like jawbreakers and Megan loves all candy!
Realizing that there may be something about this that is familiar to some folks who visit Disneyland, particularly those who visit from out-of-town, I decided that there is a question here that needs to be asked.
Do you find that you consistently purchase the same kinds of gifts for loved ones when visiting the Park? If so, what do you get and why?
