A friend who wishes to remain anonymous provided these for me.

So, here's what is going to come to Disney's California Adventure in the next few years:

They call this "giving DCA a heart." The entire entrance will be redone and greatly improved - the giant tile murals are gone, as is the titatium sun and the heliostats. Guests will enter a Los Angeles of the 1920s, imagined the way Walt would have seen it when he came to California - and there will be a replica of the Carthay Circle Theater with an interactive attraction/exhibit inside, Red Trolly Cars rolling down the new avenue, and much richer detail to the landscape and buildings - one of my favorite touches is a statue of Walt as a man in his 20s arriving with Mickey.

The Paradise Pier area is going to also get a complete makeover. All of the attractions will be tied-in to Disney themes and characters. The newest ride, Toy Story Mania, opens next summer smack in the middle of the pier. Across from it, Mulholland Maddness will receive an "overlay" as Goofy's Flight School... and right nextdoor, where Golden Dreams currently is, will be a brand new Little Mermaid attraction...

    - which will be accompanied by a Mermaid Lagoon interactive play area. The whole area is going to look fanfrickingtastic with a whole Victorian Beer Garden theme... and the lagoon in the center will finally be used for...

A brand new nighttime spectacular called "World of Color" focusing on Disney's animation history from Mickey to our newest characters in a show that will, hopefully, draw the kind of crowds Fantasmic! at Disneyland draws. There will be a huge amphitheater built in that area for viewing and, yes, for use at a later time for "movie premieres" and concerts... and, finally, the biggest expansion will be...

Carsland is what is planned for the remainder of what is the Timon Parking Lot - and it will connect Hollywood Pictures Backlot, a bug's land, and the Pacific Wharf, while expanding the park by about 12 acres. It will include, finally, a "berm type" structure that looks a lot like Monument Valley, and three new attractions - a Fantasyland-type ride around a dump yard in Mater the tow truck, an homage to the late "Flying Saucers" ride at Disneyland in the form of "spinning tires" in Luigi's Shop, and finally, a race car atttraction that will be this area's "Indiana Jones" attraction - but family friendly.
