Is there a number I can call to be directly connected to the Guest Relations desk? I want to call and see if a certain character (Lady Tremaine) will be out at Golden Screams anytime tomorrow. I have yet to see her, and I'm sure she wont come out after Halloween is over. So, I want to be able to call ahead and find out if she will be out tomorrow, and if so, what time.

You can try contacting (714) 781-7290.
Or if you're near the resort, you can check with Guest Relations at DCA or City Hall/Hub Information Booth in DL, they should have that information also.

Nope. Character schedules aren't released until the day of. And even City Hall won't have that information, they have to call yet ANOTHER source to get that information for you.
Also, Lady Treamine, Anastasia, and Drizella haven't been in the park the past few weeks (with the exception of Mickey's Halloween Treat), so I really wouldn't bet on them being out tomorrow (today) either.Comment
