Possible Sighting of the DL Christmas Tree

Hey guys...

I know this may be a longshot, but yesterday I was driving south from San Francisco to Southern California on the 5.

About halfway through my journey I passed a huge Flat bed big rig with a giant tree that was obvously a christmas tree being delivered somehwhere.

I wanted to follow the truck, but I had to get to work, but I am thinking just maybe this was the DL tree. Do you think its too early for the DL tree to be arriving, or just about the right time?

I don't think this was a shopping mall christmas tree because it was huge.... Ginormous huge.

How long before does the tree arrive, where do they store it, and how do they keep it watered for that long?

It may not have been for Disneyland.

Disneyland is not the only place that has a huge Christmas tree. Fashion Island does, and so does South Coast Plaza and other shopping malls in Orange County.

So it could have very well been going somewhere else other than Disneyland.

And actually, Disneyland's tree is usually quite small compared to the Christmas tree at other malls.

I heard they use forced perspective on the tree (smaller at the top) to make it look bigger

Seriously that's why their tree isn't too big. If it were the Main Street buildings would look too fake.

Nope... it is indeed... real. Thats why each year there are slight variations in the tree.
