I have several problems with this video:
#1 The interview with Tony Baxter is uncredited, the source of this audio file is not given and could have been stolen or taken from another authorized interview.
#2 The construction photos were taken inside of an area that Disney did not want photos released and no credit is given where these photos came from, i.e. "photo credit Walt Disney Imagineering" or "Turner Construction."
#3 Disneylandtour.com states a DVD is being created that will be sold to fans containing this uncredited copyrighted content, I am sure Tony Baxter would like a cut of the DVD sales, since his voice is being used.
The legal department at Disney Enterprises is looking into this "disneyland tour." In the past Disney has shut down any website with the word Disney or contained any term that sounds like their intellectual property in the URL. It will be interesting to see what Disney does about the Disneylandtour.com, they will probably get a court order to transfer the domain to them, like the previous cases.

Usually I would not engage this. And I probably shouldn't here--but your statemens are simply inaccurate.

And first of all, Chris, didn't you yourself post multiple backstage construction photos of the subs on line nine months ago--and still link to in your signature:

And as for your statement about URLs, Disney has actually been pretty supportive of fan sites that promote the parks, even when they have "disney" in the url. Oh, here are just a few--that is a few that showed up on the first page of a simple google search. (I would assume that there are dozens if not hundreds more):

And the Baxter comments were from a public presentation to promote the subs which was recorded by a number of people.

So I'm kind of curious why all this anger? And the strange threats of the "Disney Enterprise," which isn't really even a business? I'm very confused by your attack about a video that celebrates the inventiveness and creativity of the new Sub attraction at Disneyland when Mice Chat is a site devoted to the parks.

Is there some underlying motive I don't understand here? I'm not trying to attack you back. I'm just honestly baffled.
