crowds this weekend?

anyone know what the crowds are expected to be like this weekend with the holiday? im thinkin about going either on saturday or monday (sunay is football day!)

any special events i should be aware of?

Monday may not be to crowded. Kids may be out of school, but I know I have to work. So, although my child may be out of school she isn't going anywhere without me.

I don't know about last year. But I remember, from these boards, in 2005...they ended up having to shut the gates on that Saturday---of Veteran's Day weekend. A third Fantasmic, too. Or, was that 2006?

Veteran's Day is usually right up there with Christmas/New Years week in terms of crowds.

Good Question. Here is what I saw when I got at Disneyland last year on Saturday Nov. 11th at about 12:30pm.



Luckilly i already had my ticket and a week to enjoy the park, so I was in no rush. It was pretty empty that night. I went to the 3rd fantasmic Showing and avoided the crowd. I got a great viewing spot at the last minute. I used the other fantamic showings to ride POTC and HMH.

My kids are off school Monday. I suspect many others are as well. Saturday - Monday will be busier than typical "off-season" weekend.
