Anyone else have problems renewing APs on line?

I have been trying for the last week to renew my ap on line. First it wouldn't let me into the ap section, so I reregistered and it still won't let me in. So there doesn't seem to be anyway without getting into the ap site to buy your passport at renew rates. I tried to leave a comment/question, but I have not heard back.
Is anyone else having problems?
Anyone have any idea how to get around it?

Are you within 30 days of expiration?

They won't allow you to access the renewal page until you are within that window.

I just renewed online, without problems. Got the new passes in less than a week.

Possibly unrelated but there is somthing either in my firewall or other security settings from work that I can never log into Disney from that computer. In fact I was not able to get the cookies in to be able to look at some travel stuff either. When I tried at home, I was able to do both, I have tried resetting settings with no luck.

I went to the park 4 months ago and had them change my address on my AP...and I never got renewal notices to my new address which means they didn't actually change my address. So I have to actually go to the park to renew again.

I had a problem last year because they had raised the AP prices but our renewal offers were at the old price. Ultimately I gave up and renewed at the park, but after explaining the problem by phone I was mailed the 20% coupons offered for online renewal.

Although the same situation was in place this year, I had no problem. Renewed online on a Wednesday night and received our APs on Saturday.

If you're having trouble renewing online, email [email protected] and someone there will assist you, and give you the cheaper renewal rate, too.

Thank you for that email address. I'm trying it now. And yes, Dave, my card expires in less than three weeks. The site won't let me log on as an ap holder even though I am registered.
I'll let you know what I find out.

The people I've spoken to on the phone just tell me to come in and do it in person.

That's right, I apologize.. they just recently changed the address..

But yes, you can do it in person, and you should be able to get the renewal rate, too..

I renewed our six AP's a couple of weeks ago online. No problems.

We received them in five days.

I had a problem when I went to renew my son's ap back in September. But it turned out for the better because that is the same time when they increase the AP rate and the renewal letter still was showing the old rate. By the time I was able to bring up the AP renewal on line that showed the increased rate.

So I renewed it by mail and got $20 off and also at the lower rate before they went up.

Why renew with parking when I already have a chauffer?

I didn't want to have parking on my son's pass because he is only 9 years old. I didn't want to take the risk of them not accepting it at the parking booth. That's probably being a bit paranoid but oh well. I don't want to get him a premium because I don't have him all the time.

I am up for renewal next month so if I don't get the premium I will definitely renew my deluxe but I will add parking. I promise.

No problem pal! LOL. There is no reason for you not to get premium. Deluxe with parking is close to the premium total plus you get all the discounts. Slam Dunk!
