So when you are downstairs you see the legs and probably you are in a forest where you can't see the top. So you escape and get out of there. One you get upstairs, you're flying and you basically make face to face contact with them, they may put a screen where you can see inside and have storm troopers say something and then start firing, then you escape.

So that's my prediction of what these 2 scenes will be like in the attraction
I like your idea and could totally see this being the case. It's pretty fun to speculate!

I'm just pessimistic about modern day risk intolerance in large corporations.
I think that, if there are transitions from one vehicle to another, it would have to work this way: You get into the Battle Escape building, you go through line, you get in and you're on your way. After traveling through one area in one vehicle, you exit the vehicle and enter what it, essentially, a sort of queue and loading area for another ride in the same building. Since everybody ahead of you has already gone through the first queue, getting into the next vehicle would just take (roughly) enough time to load the new vehicle. As long as the new vehicle has a quick loading system (something like an Omnimover or the Peoplemover), that could work well. I don't know if more than one such transition in the same attraction would work well, though. Even with what is supposed to be smooth transitions, as you said, the human factor could cause serious bottlenecks and hang-ups.

Regarding that, there is actually a circular area being build into the west side of the Battle Escape building, that looks like it could be the location of a roundabout loading area like the Peoplemover had. If the speculation about that is correct, it could seriously speed up the loading process for the ride. With the capacity that a giant ride like this must have, if it also has a fast loading system, it may very well be able to chew through even very long lines pretty quickly. This would be a genius move on the part of the designers.

I kind of figured that the round thing was going to be a loading area for omnimovers or other vehicles, like in the old "Inner Space" attraction, or current ones like Grizzly River Run. Either that, or something like the old "Dream Vehicle" effect in the original "Imagination" ride at Epcot, or the "dome carrousels" in Universal's "Harry Potter".
As far as boarding and re-boarding vehicles, remember that it's kind of already been done. In "Haunted Mansion", you ride an elevator, and then board an omnimover. In the original "Living Seas" at Epcot, you rode the "hydrolators" and then boarded the "sea cabs".
Also, the defunct "Star Trek" attraction at the former Las Vegas Hilton featured the "beaming" effect scene, some walk through scenes including the bridge, a "turbo lift" ride, followed by the final simulator.
I think some people are getting all worried and making a big deal over something (the boarding/re-boarding thing) that actually will work just fine, and could actually be just as safe as, if not safer than anything else in the parks.
