What is going on the first week of March 2008? I just tried booking a vacation package with theme park view at the DLH and they are booked. Only standard view and suites are left apparently.

Is there some big event going on that I missed? This is supposed to be my honeymoon trip, which we already switched once to avoid Spring Break.

March 7th - the cheerleaders invade again. I would run screaming into the night if I had to be there on that weekend.

Nothing worse that being underground in the Indy queue with a 100 screaming cheerleaders. Sad thing is, I'm not joking.

oooh, yeah...that could be bad. Thanks for the info. After calling central reservations (as directed by the guy from vacation planning) they told me there were still several rooms available with the view that I wanted. So I'm wondering if this is just a block of rooms being held for a later date depending on booking.

After calling central reservations (as directed by the guy from vacation planning) they told me there were still several rooms available with the view that I wanted. So I'm wondering if this is just a block of rooms being held for a later date depending on booking.

if you go during cheerleading time you are asking for it. run, do not walk away from the park at this time. I know I was there ,its crazy!
