D23 to debut Star Wars Land Model +

Announced for D23 will a complete scale model of Star Wars Land and more details of the land and of the attractions...including Droids. I wonder if these will be autonomous? No hint of Marvel announcements...

Launch bay would certainly make more sense, I mean really tbh I could see them converting the second floor into some preview space.

What would make even more sense would be to have a working model of Marvel Land in the Blue Sky Cellar, even if it is, you know, in the Blue Sky stage...

Any Marvel land announcements are likely to come at Comic Con and not D23. I don't think D23 will have any big announcements, really. The first half of the parks panel will probably be discussing the Hong Kong remodel and Toy Story land and then a heavy second half on Star Wars land in both DLR and WDW.

Sounds great!!!!! And yes I also think it will make sense to put in Launch Bay. I mean isn't that why Launch Bay is even there, to promote all the SW products and my guess is they will probably put it on the second floor along with maybe some props and lots of concept art.

It just doesn't seem like they want to do anything in the Blue Sky Cellar anymore. Maybe it's because they have to staff it, which costs money. Launch Bay is already staffed. I'll bet that 's where it goes, like upstairs.
