I am wondering if anyone has experience with Springhill Suites? We want to know if you can get to Mickey and Friends easily or if you have to go around. There's just one other hotel between it and Mickey and Friends so it would be nice if there was a gate to the garage. We've always stayed across Harbor so have no experience with it. My son works at a hotel and can get us a really good deal on that one. Any other info on it would be appreciated as well.

The only pedestrian entrance/exit from the Mickey and Friends parking structure is on the south east corner, at the intersection of Disneyland Drive, and Magic Way. The previously used/discussed entrance at West Place is now Cast Members only (as you walk through cast member parking) there is an ID badge scan at that gate so guests can not enter there. That being said if you were to walk from Springhill Suites all the way to that intersection, it might be more effective just to go through Downtown Disney (involves even more walking) instead of dealing with tram loading. It is Approx 1.2Km (3/4mi) from Springhill suites to walk to tram loading.
