If Disney were to re-imagine Galaxy's Edge to another IP/theme without demolishing the infrastructures, what do you think would fit in?

Basically anything that is desert looking. When I see SWGE I always think Tatooine which is hilarious because they wanted to avoid original trilogy planets and managed to make one essentially anyways. These are some of my favorite TRs I have posted

Road to Morocco Land. It would be awesomeness defined to have audio animatronics of Bob Hope, Bing Crosby, and Dorothy Lamour.
Sing along with me: We’re off on the Road to Morocco,
This taxi is tough on the spine.
Where we’re going, how we’re going,
How can we be sure?
I’ll lay you 8 to 5 that we meet Dorothy Lamour.
We’re off on the Road to Morocco,
and on to the end of the line.
I hear this country’s where they do
the dance of seven veils,
We’d tell you more but we would have
the censor on our tails,
We certainly do get around,
Like Webster’s Dictionary we’re Morocco-bound.

IMO
I think Disney would have done better ......with the Star War "Original Trilogy"long withJohn Williams Music......
More of Shade Trees would have help.
Disney should have left the Buget alone......if they was going ,have a New Area...
I would rather hadDiscovery Bay in it place !Last edited by Eagleman; 10-28-2019, 03:59 PM.Soaring like an EAGLE !

The Original Trilogy, nothing more.
It will be on the moon planet, Yavin 4 with the secret rebel base, "Base One." It will take place between A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back after the Death Star was destroyed and there will be Imperial Outpost stationed near Base One since the Empire will retaliate against the base before the Rebels evacuate.
On the other side of the land will be the Mos Eisley on planet Tatooine with Docking Bay 94 which will house the Millennium Falcon with the original radar dish and the infamous large Cantina that is a wretched hive and scum of villainy.
There will be photo ops with Disney Photopass with Han Solo and Chewie there.
There will also be this large and full-scaled immersive and fully detailed Rebel hanger you see in A New Hope and Rogue One.
My idea is that the very large hangar will house 3 full-sized T-65B X-Wings and 1 or 2 Y-Wings! There will be interactive droids running and maintaining the starfighters in the very large hangar as well as having actor and actresses as rebel pilots being in character.
Also, you'll a chance to dress up as Rebel Pilot in full pilot jumpsuit and gear to take a picture in front of the X-Wings or Y-Wings as a photo opportunity with Photo Pass. Dressing up as a X-Wing Rebel Pilot (Red Squadron) for X-Wings and a Y-Wing Pilot (Gold Squadron) for the Y-Wings and they'll cost $50 respectively. But, there will be no extra charge when you and your family/friends dressed as regular guests when taking a photo with the Starfighters in Base One on Yavin 4 with Maxpass bought.
Also, another photo op with the original Star Wars cast with lookalikes of Luke, Han, and Leia. Chewie, C-3PO and R2 will be in the photo shoot as well in Base One's hangar on Yavin 4!
Won't that be great imagineering idea and will draw a even larger and huge crowd of hardcore Star Wars fans of the OT even new, and casual fans alike?
I wish Star Wars Land was like that...Disney dropped a ball on this one for sure.Last edited by LangenFox; 10-29-2019, 10:20 AM.

Though this would cost more money to revamp, I would easily see Galaxy's Edge being reworked into Discovery Bay. Yes, the Discovery Bay that Tony Baxter once envisioned for Disneyland a long time ago...in a galaxy far far away (yeah, I'll show my self out lol). It obviously wouldn't be the full land he envisioned or would even have the old world look that was designed, but when I see the structures and mountains surrounding, I kept thinking that a steampunk style land would coordinate a better theme above Frontierland and next to Fanasyland.
I do think that a lot of the existing structures for the area could be revamped into a Steampunk/Victorian era with the Millennium Falcon being redone as an airship.

Ishtar is the funniest movie I ever saw. I enjoyed it so much, and have never laughed more. Of course, I had a cold and had downed a bottle of cold medicine, but I still have wonderful memories of the movie. Maybe they could put holograms of Warren Beatty and Dustin Hoffman singing in the Cantina.

The Never Spoken Dedication at the Opening of Pixar Pier:
The world you have entered was created by The Walt Disney Company and is dedicated to California—not a place on a map, but a
state of mind that exists whenever people seek nostalgia and wonder and imagine, a place where the original California Adventure vision and atmosphere are brought back to life by Pixar's vibrant color palette. We invite you to travel to a bygone era of the early 2000s at California Adventure and explore a land that never was, and always will be.
