  • News Storytellers Cafe now offering a World of Color dining package

For the first time, a Resort hotel is offering a dining package for a show in a theme park. With Carthay going down for refurbishment in January, this would've left Wine Country as the only option to book a WoC dining package for in January. Disney just introduced a new dining package for World of Color outside DCAs gates at Storytellers Cafe in the Grand Californian and can be booked now.

    Storytellers Cafe
Discover the beauty of Californian Folklore and feast on savory fare that celebrates the art of storytelling.
    Package Pricing
    • Dinner: Starting at $50 for adults; $25 for children (ages 3 to 9)

Price does not include tax, gratuity or alcohol.

The adult price is the same as Wine Country's package

The package at Storytellers Cafe also provides another perk if you use GCH's valet parking:

    Parking
Guests dining at Storytellers Cafe will receive 5 hours of complimentary valet parking at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa with validation.

Not a bad option. I assume it doesn't include park admission of course.

Yeah no park admission included otherwise the package would've been more expensive. Plus a buffet would be easier for those that may not like the menu options for the pre-fixie meals at Wine Country or Carthay.

For AP locals that often stop in for a meal and a couple of rides and/or a show this might be a perfect solution.

Curious where this section stands? With Carthay closed for a month will they be in that section? What happens when Carthay comes back? Seems Storytellers will still be offering this when Carthay reopens. Other that it not being in the park I much prefer this buffet option vs the fixed menus for the other packages.
