  • [Question] What will you do when you first reenter Disneyland when it reopens??

I'll probably look at my daughter and ask her what I always ask: "Well, what do you want to get on first?" Most likely, she'll choose the Matterhorn...and off we'll go...
I am old. But still love Disneyland.

IF we go it’ll be this December so the parks would hopefully be in full swing by then (I’m being optimistic). Honestly I couldn’t even tell you, it will be our youngest’s first time and our other’s second (though he likely won’t remember too much of the first).

I’ll walk through the gate and take a right, we always do for some just happened to be the way my wife and I went our first trip together years ago. After going through the arch I will probably just be letting the kids lead us down main street however they want...and I’ll be extremely happy.

I’m not sure when my next trip will be, but if the process is the same as it was prior to COVID, I’ll walk through the right hand tunnel under the train tracks, find a nice spot on Main Street to relax (hopefully coffee in hand already) and begin the process of getting a BG for ROTR. After that, I’ll have to take a stroll around the park to reflect happily on the fact that I’m back and it’s all still there.

      Then of course, Pirates. 👍🏼

I'd kiss the ground if I didn't think it would get me thrown out!

I'd have to start with the iconic classics: a grand circle tour on the Disneyland Railroad, followed by a trip around the Rivers of America aboard the Mark Twain (I'd say "try to get to visit the pilot house" but it's small up there and there's no room for social distancing so I know that won't be happening). Then I'd visit the Wishing Well and just breathe in the atmosphere. After reflecting on how great it is to be back, then I'll play it by ear.

We always go on Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room first so that is where we will head if it is open.
