This is very good news for people planning to go on the 17th. But i'd still take it with a grain of salt until Disney says something. For us, it's not just ride capacity and ease of cleaning down vehicles between guests, it's also that our queues are so small and cramped.

Quite a few surprising attractions on that list. Very curious to see how they execute some of those.

DL's Haunted Mansion and Carousel(King Arthur)
and Snow White's Scary Adventures are all likely to remain closed, due to their refurbishments being interrupted.

Pirates may be closed, as it was leaked by MC in march that TDA moved POC's up refurbishment to work on it during the shutdown. Indy may also be down, so they finally work on the long delayed bridge replacement project.

Having Indy, Pirates & Mansion, all on the same part of the park, closed at the same time, exactly when they're trying to keep people spread out, would be idiotic.

The Railroad is not on the list because WDW’s version is closed until 2021 so I would assume the Disneyland Railroad will be open as well

Also WDW's DINOSAUR ride uses the same setup as Indiana Jones, and their version is going to be open. If Indy isn't under refurbishment here, expect it to open.

I've just taken a look at 2 articles online re available rides at WDW. Now, I don't have the WDW attractions in each park memorized, but both articles pretty much list every ride at all 4 WDW parks. Neither lists an 'official' source.

I'm keeping my skeptical hat on.

I'm a little skeptical about the omnimover rides. It would be hard to wipe down the ride vehicle while it moves, unless they want to CONSTANTLY keep stopping it. Also, if Peter Pan is okay, I'm curious what separates the Fantasyland Dark Rides.

Yep. I'm also curious how people in the enclosed spaces of Star Tours and the Tiki Room are going to avoid breathing each others' air. And how the people in the back of a moving boat in Pirates and Small World are going to avoid the slipstream from people in the front. And how people aboard a Jungle Cruise boat will be able to maintain 6' of social distancing. And how CMs would be able to prevent anyone from slipping their masks down on those rides -- or indeed, any ride.

It doesn't answer all the questions, but I would suspect that enclosed attractions like tiki room could function because their AC system serves dual function of cooling the room and filtering and cooling the air for the actual show mechanics. This doesn't mean it's 100% safe, but given that it's prolonged, concentrated contacted with those infected, a good air scrubber on blast would "good enough." Not to mention that, since it's not a show or attraction that has a risk of "stacking" so to speak, you would have the time to have someone go through after each show with sanitizer. Granted, everyone's gonna have soggy butts and bleached jeans from sitting on freshly sanitized surfaces all day.

I wouldn't have expected Star Tours, Pirates or Small World to reopen. I wouldn't trust that people in my area would keep their mask on. BTM and Guardians are two of my favorites (along with Indy) but the screaming is problematic for droplets.
