Galaxy Edge Merchandise

I know you can get a few items from the shopdisney website from Galaxy Edge, however, can you get other items (different lightsabers) by calling Disneyland? I thought you used to be able to order things from Disneyland Merchandise Services or something and I remember I did it quite a few years ago. I don't remember how to do it though or even if it is still around. Any help would be appreciated confirming or denying.
