I think April 1st is a pipe dream myself, it will take time for Disney to rehire and retrain CM's and the COVID tier has to be in Red. I think it will happen by May but I just can't see April 1st happening.

I think there is a reason as to why Disney decided to say their opening on April Fools Day!...LOL!

That date was put out by California not Disney as a date that it could happen. Bob C. just made a statement saying it will open late April.

Will Disney even open with the severe restrictions on operations? No indoor rides. No indoor dinning. 15% capacity.

They can have indoor rides but there will be some sort of time limit- the rules behind how long that will be have yet to be released. They won't need indoor dining, they will probably do what WDW which is mobile order.more than likely they will be at orange 25% by end of April, if not, I doubt they will not open. Some indoor rides may be out completely if they "exceed the time limit" but we don't know what that limit is yet.

We will not be opening on April 1st. Disney has already announced that late April will be the opening date for Disneyland.
