We've seen that Disneyland will reopen soon but will the refurbished attractions be open? King Arthur's Carousel, Snow White and the Haunted Mansion were all undergoing refurb a year ago. I've seen posts on Snow White, and another post on some of the Mansions scaffolding being removed, but what of the attractions themselves? Any rumors?

With current ride restrictions, the Haunted Mansion cannot reopen yet (as it is an indoor ride). When the ride can reopen, there may be a small issue with the ride's Stretching rooms. The Magic Kingdom's version cut this portion out by leaving the doors open (to prevent crowding). But unlike the MK's version, Disneyland's Stretching rooms serves as an elevator to get under the park's berm. And even though they could use the portrait gallery's emergency stairwell to bypass this portion, wheelchairs & scooters would still need to use the Stretching rooms to enter and exit the attraction.
If my memory was correct, the main focus of the extended refurbishment was fixing the Façade, after it was damaged from the 2019's Haunted Mansion's Holiday Decorations. I would assume it would be fixed by now."...but life without cake is no life at all"

I think it will be ready to open once restrictions allow as like others have mentioned and had been reported elsewhere the current renovation was external as the internal renovation happened in 2019 I believe. The damage was wear and tear from the overlays that happened over time not a single mishap.Disneyland Fan since the 70's

^^ I think it depends on capacity by that time. For example, WDW went lighter on the holiday festivities and didn’t decorate the castle the same way (to save money in my opinion). Since they couldn’t attract the crowds to justify the cost of setup, I don’t think they bothered. I could see the same happening for HM. Maybe this will be the year where the mansion can less Christmas-y for Halloween.

I saw it mentioned somewhere that the Hitchhiking Ghost will now be free to roam around or something to that effect. I guess in WDW they uses digital projection so the Hitchhiking Ghosts crawl around the guests and if that claim I read was correct then the same effect looks to have arrived here in DLR. I can't remember the source so it may not be credible.Disneyland Fan since the 70's

As an aside, IMHO, HMH has seriously run its course. Classic HM is a far superior attraction, and as DLR continues aiming to be more of a "resort," keeping the true HM open year-round for non-regulars to enjoy seems worth considering.
Since they're reexamining everything operations-wise these days, this could - and IMHO should - be on the list to consider.

Personally, I don't mind the attraction. Not a must-see in my book, but it doesn't bother me."...but life without cake is no life at all"
