Does anyone know where I would be able to get any chairs similar to the ones Disney uses for outdoor dining on Main Street and New Orleans Square?

Are you talking about these chairs? I think you might have more luck finding a match by looking up "ice cream parlor chairs." I think New Orleans has an entirely different aesthetic, so I can't speak for those without doing a little more research.
